    This is very good place with smart price, still need to explore. But I am not sure if we can start the construction immediatly as there are no other houses even though the Layouts exists prior to Madhumitra. If I get a company, I am thinking to start the construction.

      First complete all your previous thing before getting into new one. Praveen and One lady (i believe sunitha) who claimed that they are managers from Aashrithaa properties PVt Ltd. I bought land at madhumitra estates now if i go to them for any query they are saying they are agent and don't have control on this organization. Are you like that ?

    I bought a site here on November 2011, looks to be good and paper is clear. recently I visited and they started.
    My observation:
    1)Whater tank is at very low level
    2)Water supply pipe is really small. may be less then 1/4 inch
    3) No proper arrangement for rain water drain.

    Hi all,

    I own two plots in Madhumitra Estates - i feel the development work is too slow - was planning to build a house this year but i think i will wait. i had bought land from the developer's quota itself but when i called him.. he said clubhouse was not promised just marketing gimmicks - it is clearly stated in the brochure. Also, even the main gate/arch has not yet come up. As far as documents - i went through a lawyer , everything looks good - its APA approved, BMRDA has 4 sister bodies (APA - Anekal)/BIAPPA (International Airport)/HSA (Hosakote)/NPA (Nelamangala) - however, about the Khata ( although i have one) no clear details from either Shetty Venugopal (developer) or his sales managers (Sunitha/Hari) when i had bought the sites in 2011 on whether it is "A" or "B" or whatever. They've taken 5 yr maintenance INR 20000, but the development of the layout just does not match up!

    No development at all, they promise initially. Not even gate they can arrange so far. The contact is getting over in another 6-9 months. Then it will very difficult. People starting digging their own bore wells, there will be situation Layout bore well may loss the water.

    Madhumitra Phase II Behind HCL Tech Park Jigani Circle This layout totally Fraud and lot of legal issues and they made modifications on CDP plan also please check Anekal planning CDP maps 300 feet road go's center of layout but they made road to other people land sellers also don't have any office no tack record

    yes my name is Punitha checked all records found that they have some surveys numbers have OS numbers as well CDP plan and this layout plan not matching 300 feet road they taken out how BMRDA given approval may be paid bribes this LAND owners also fighting each other on court check all legal before spend money your life time hardened money go's then your in trouble.

    Please don't buy sites on Phase-II, there are no water source. People dug bore well for 1000 feet no water. Water connection may be from Pahse-1 but its not sufficient to the people staying there only.
